1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbjee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hbjee website located at https://hbjee.bio, including all associated products, services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers made available thereon.

By accessing the hbjee platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting a bonus — you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hbjee platform.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the hbjee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other document on the platform, this Agreement shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Effective Date: This Agreement is effective from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. hbjee reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the hbjee platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active account.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hbjee, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are of sound mind and not acting under coercion or undue influence.

hbjee takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. At any time — including at the point of withdrawal — hbjee may require you to provide government-issued photographic identification and proof of date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

If hbjee determines at any point that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration, all winnings accrued during that period shall be forfeited and the account permanently closed. Any deposited funds belonging to an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after the completion of a mandatory investigation period.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hbjee services, you are required to register a single, personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update your account details promptly whenever that information changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hbjee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• KYC verification: hbjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle.
• Account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any of its contents to any third party.

hbjee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval to access all features of the platform; certain features may be subject to additional eligibility checks.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the hbjee platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbjee supports the following approved payment methods for deposits:

• bKash (personal and merchant wallets)
• Nagad (personal and merchant accounts)
• Rocket (DBBL mobile banking)
• Upay digital wallet
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank (via bank transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily cumulative deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. hbjee does not impose any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees independent of hbjee's control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. hbjee accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, network outages, or technical failures outside of the hbjee platform. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, you should contact support with the transaction reference number.

Source of funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account being used. hbjee is not obligated to accept payment from a method not registered in your name and may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be released to payment accounts registered in your name.
• Any active bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per day and are displayed in the cashier section.
• hbjee processes withdrawal requests within a standard window of 1–24 hours following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

hbjee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation, if the transaction is flagged by our compliance systems. In such cases, the processing period may be extended until the investigation is complete.

Where hbjee determines that a withdrawal request is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement, the platform reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void the request and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hbjee offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified on each promotion's terms page.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Single bonus claim: Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each player may claim each promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including by creating duplicate accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account action.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. Full details are provided within each promotion's terms.
• Right to amend or withdraw: hbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, hbjee will honour any bonus funds already credited at the time of cancellation, subject to the original wagering requirements.

Bonuses are provided in good faith as a reward for genuine play. Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus structures — including through low-risk hedging strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated activity across accounts — will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The rules governing individual bet types, game mechanics, settlement procedures, and payout calculations are published within the relevant sections of the hbjee platform (sportsbook help pages and casino game information panels). These rules form part of this Agreement and are binding on all players.

The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming products on hbjee:

• A bet or wager is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid confirmation notice from the hbjee system. Bets displayed as "pending" or "processing" are not confirmed.
• hbjee reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error or technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or restricted during certain match phases at hbjee's sole discretion.
• Game outcomes in the casino are determined by certified random number generators from licensed providers. hbjee does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.
• Where a game or event is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that product as published on the platform.

hbjee's decisions on bet settlement and game outcomes are final. Any dispute regarding settlement must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbjee platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during your relationship with hbjee.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, AI-driven wagering systems, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus hunting strategies designed to generate risk-free returns rather than genuine entertainment play.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, whether by use of a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Charging back deposits previously made to the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward hbjee support staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

hbjee is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbjee platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of hbjee or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hbjee platform without prior written consent from hbjee.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and is used by hbjee under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbjee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if hbjee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hbjee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications interruptions, and events beyond hbjee's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. hbjee shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such unavailability.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

hbjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A request by the player themselves (including self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without a login).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct — including voluntary closure or inactivity — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the completion of standard compliance checks.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting hbjee support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hbjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — hbjee will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the hbjee platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The current version of this Agreement, along with its effective date, is always accessible on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable principles of law. hbjee operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and conducts its affairs in a manner consistent with the principles of fair dealing and consumer protection.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or your use of the hbjee platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in the first instance to hbjee support, with a clear description of the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.

hbjee will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.
